Neighbors just released a new angle of the ICE shooting and it settles any debate on what actually happened. This was a mother doing something completely ordinary: Dropping somebody off, then trying to leave. She goes to pull out, stops for one car to pass, then waves the agents to drive past. Within seconds, those ICE agents exit their vehicle and rush her, shouting and escalating the situation. Panicked, she tries to drive away and gets shot in the face three times. She posed no threat, showed no intent to harm, and was interfering with no one. She was a civilian going about her life. The official statements that followed contradict the footage and read like an attempt to rewrite what happened. This was a reckless, unjustified killing, followed by a dishonest effort to evade responsibility. It’s horrifying, and it exposes something deeply wrong with the US government and these ICE agents. They must be held accountable. This is not a partisan issue. I need you to lock in gang.

It looks like he walked (BTW HE WALKED IN FRONT) of the vehicle, and then she just hit him 🚫 This is NOT what happened (📺SEE the @nytimes video below nytimes.com/video/us/10000…) – There is a time gap. – This looks like it was instant. – It was not. This is clearly seen in the @nytimes video below. 💥 They left out where – He stopped on the left side – Unholstered his gun – BEFORE she moved – Had it out – BEFORE she moved – Then, as she started to move – Took a SHOOTER stance – And shot through the windshield – All while his legs were outside the path of the car The “HIT” was him hitting the mirror AFTER he shot her the first time. Her vehicle did not hit him. Also, he shot her two more times; the video of this is not there. Shows he completely cleared the vehicle at that moment.
